Breakfast and dinner were kept well stocked. I would have liked to see a better selection for both. The Hotel was right next to I 10 and the side road that follows I 10 that stays busy. You do hear traffic noise but when the AC is running it mutes 90% of it. If your searching Hotels in the area all of them are in the vicinity so traffic noise will be present. Overall for the cost it was a good night sleep with breakfast and dinner. The attractions were about 10 miles each from the Riverwalk to Seaworld and Six Flags over Texas. also the San Antonio Airport is an easy 15 min drive. Plenty of restaurants close by for your selection or eat at the hotel.

This was a very convenient location for the purpose of my trip. For most of the stay, I was within 5 minutes of the location I needed to be at. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening snacks were a great value for the stay. I also appreciated the security at this facility and the controlled access points. As a single woman traveling alone, this is a primary concern. I was also appreciative of the upgrade to a suite. It made it feel more like I was coming home each night during my stay. Finally, a special thanks to the front desk who helped me out with awkward request to zip me into a dress with “I got you, girl.” It was above and beyond the call of duty, and very much appreciated by this old lady.

Clean hotel, awesome amenities, comfortable beds. Daily breakfast is good, nightly happy hour with food is awesome! The location was great for what we needed (close to UTSA). The staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, great stay!

This location works well for me for my yearly visit, with its access to major road systems in San Antonio and proximity to HEB and restaurants. The breakfast is always good and the coffee strong.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. One of the employees, Jordan, was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I had booked two rooms through a third-party service, mistakenly thinking they were suites, but they turned out to be standard rooms. Jordan was incredibly patient and cheerful as she helped me upgrade one of the rooms to a suite. Her positive attitude made the process seamless. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service, which led to longer wait times. However, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My stay was great! No complaints at all. The guy manager checked me and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Every time I saw him he looked approachable and was always on his feet doing something for the hotel or guest. The bartender was friendly as well. The evening dinner/drinks was great and food area was always neat and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of food! Quiet hotel throughout, even the pool area which was very clean as well. The lady that checked me out was friendly and socialable!

Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast and evening snacks and drinks were excellent. Every single staff member was so respectful and kind. Especially housekeeper Isabel. Beautiful Latin Soul , asked her for some extra towels and she was so kind to stop what she was doing and give me some. Then said , "A tu servicio ". Which means at your service. So respectful and super sweet. Loved every minute of my stay. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing!!! I also loved the property had security parking. And after hours you could only enter in with your card. They thought of comfort and safety.

Very lovely interiors. I've never been to a Drury Inn and Suites before and it was actually a lot fancier than I thought it would be (this is coming from someone with usually the budget for a Motel 6 so everything's already upscale comparatively). Staff was friendly and breakfast was delightful, even though I butchered my first waffle since I didn't put enough batter into the waffle iron.

I got a suite with two double beds and a sofa pull-out. My room also had a kitchenette. It was just perfect! We had a child in our group and the room was just enough to have a play area for the kid and separate bedroom for the adults to rest. The breakfast and dinner provided was delicious and the staff was so warm and accommodating. I don't think I can stay anywhere but Drury Inn and Suites Northwest Medical Center for my frequent visits to San Antonio.
